Three Super Y League players selected for 2019 USL Experience

Bradenton, Fla. – Following Sunday’s action at the 2018 Super Y League North American Finals, Bobby Acosta, Logan Lilla and Jackie Shore each earned selections to the league’s 2019 USL Experience – which will be hosted by the Tampa Bay Rowdies in April.

Acosta, who plays for FC Sesa’s U15 Boys team, scored a goal in his side’s 5-1 win against South Orlando SC.

Lilla, a member of Liverpool FC Central Keegan’s U13 Boys team, earned his honor following strong play during the group stage for his side. Lilla and his Liverpool side finished 2-1-0 in Group C play at SYL Finals.

Meanwhile, Shore — who represents Arlington Soccer Association U13 Girls team — will join Lilla in Tampa next spring. Shore and Arlington also earned a 2-1-0 record over their three days at IMG Academy.

Ahead of the 2019 USL Experience, the league will be announcing more participants for the fourth edition of the event over the coming weeks.
