16th Annual Orange Classic International Girls Soccer Tournament to close out 2012

The 16th Annual Orange Classic International Girls Soccer Tournament, taking place in Broward County in south Florida, will have 231 teams from 17 states and Canada playing among the Under-10 through U-19 age groups. beginning Friday and continuing over the final weekend of 2012.
The tournament, which will have its games played at four different complexes in the Miami region, typically has attracted hundreds college coaches to the event, though this year just 90 have signed up so far to attend.
Unlike the other major girls’ showcases–Disney and ECNL–going on nearly concurrently as 2012 comes to a close, the Orange Classic will feature younger age groups.
Teams are scheduled to arrive to south Florida Dec. 27 for team registration, with games taking place Dec. 28-30.
