U.S. U-15 BNT draws Newell’s Old Boys 2-2 at Argentina tournament

ROSARIO, Argentina (Via U.S. Soccer) – The Under-15 Boys’ National Team drew Newell’s Old Boys 2-2 during its second match of the 2016 International Festival of Futbol.

The first half brought little action, until the last minute of the half when USA’s Marco Ceja notched the first goal. In the 44th minute, Newell’s Tomas Tolles equalized.

The U.S. regained the lead in the 66th minute off a strike by Cade Hagan. In the last minute of the match, Newell’s Emiliano Ramos scored, finishing the game 2-2.

With the U.S.’s 5-1 victory over Club Atletico Talleres and the draw against Newell’s, the USA will advance to the 2016 International Festival of Futbol final, taking on Uruguay for the title on April 8 at 12:30 p.m. ET.
