NSCAA announces Winter/Spring Girls High School All-America Teams

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Via NSCAA) – The National Soccer Coaches Association of America announced on Thursday the NSCAA Boys and Girls High School All-America Teams for the winter and spring seasons during the 2016-17 school year.

A total of 50 players receive NSCAA All-American recognition with 32 female student-athletes and 18 male student-athletes representing schools from across the country, including three individuals earning NSCAA All-American honors for a second time in their prep careers: Lauren Brzykcy (San Clemente, Calif.), Anna Lawler (Fenton, Mo.) and Kirsten Davis (Chesterfield, Mo.).

The 2016-17 NSCAA High School All-Americans will be formally recognized during the NSCAA All-American Luncheon in conjunction with the 2018 NSCAA Convention from Jan. 17-21, 2018 in Philadelphia. Luncheon registration details will be released in the fall.

In addition to today’s announcement, the 2016-17 NSCAA Boys and Girls High School All-Region Teams and State Players of the Year for the winter and spring seasons have been posted in the “Awards Central” section of NSCAA.com.
