The U.S. Under-23 Women’s National Team opened its three-game tournament in La Manga, Spain, with a 1-0 victory against their U-23 counterparts from Japan as forward Lynn Williams scored the game’s lone goal in the 54th minute.

U-20 WNT to bring 22 players to La Manga Tournament starting Feb. 28
The U.S. Under-20 Women’s National Team will bring 22 players to a U-19 invitational tournament in La Manga, Spain, running from Feb. 28-March 10. At the 10-team competition that features three matches for each country, the USA will face Norway (March 5), the Netherlands (March 7) and Sweden (March 9).

U-23 WNT headed to La Manga, Spain, for three-game trip
The U.S. Under-23 Women’s National Team will travel to La Manga, Spain, from Feb. 21-March 3 for three matches in a six-team invitational tournament. The USA will face the U-23 squads from Japan (Feb. 26), Norway (Feb. 28) and England (March 2). The friendly tournament also features China PR and Sweden.

U.S. Soccer to host second annual U-17 Women’s NTC Invitational
For the second consecutive year, U.S. Soccer will host a four-team Under-17 women’s international tournament at the U.S. Soccer National Training Center in Carson, California. This year’s event will run from Feb 11-15 as the USA will host Japan, Mexico and Canada in the 2015 U-17 Women’s NTC Invitational.
