2011 Jefferson Cup Boys Weekend Coverage Central

The 30th edition of the Jefferson Cup featured nearly 350 teams from 35 different states during the boys weekend, who battled it out on fields across the Greater Richmond area on March 11-13, 2011.

Top teams from all over the country hoped to bring home some hardware from the tournament, which featured 25 turf field and am armful of prestige, as the Jefferson Cup is ranked as one of the top five premier tournaments in the country.

PSW traveled down to Richmond in full force to cover this year’s Jefferson Cup. We had reporters and video staff on the ground this weekend, and kept live results and news flowing by tweeting/blogging/reporting results, interviews, observations, and more.
