2nd annual McLean Premier Soccer Tournament crowns champions

The second annual McLean Premier Soccer Tournament crowned its champions in boys’ and girls’ Under-13 through U-19 age groups over the Labor Day weekend.

The following teams were crowned champions:

• Boys U-17/18 National Division: Northern Virginia SC Jr. Royals 95 (3-0-0, 9 pts.), PWSI Courage 94 Red (3-0-0, 9 pts.), 1st place

• Girls U-17/18 National Division: FC Virginia Courage 94 (2-0-1, 7 pts.), 1st place

• Boys U-13 National Division: McLean Youth Soccer MPS 99 Fire Green (4-0-0, 12 pts.), 1st place

• Boys U-13 Regional Division: FC Frederick 99 (Md.) (4-0-0, 12 pts.), 1st place

• Boys U-14 National Division: FC Frederick 98 (Md.) over McLean Celtic White 3-0

• Boys U-15 National Division: Loudoun Soccer 97B Black (4-0-0, 12 pts.), 1st place

• Boys U-15 Regional Division: Maryland Rush Montgomery Nike (Md.) (3-1-0, 9 pts.), VISTA Real Madrid (3-1-0, 9 pts.)

• Boys U-16 National Division: Reston Internationals over McLean 97B MPS Pre-Academy 3-2

• Girls U-13 National Division: Century United Xtreme (Pa.) over Freestate Freedom Red (Md.) 2-1

• Girls U-13 Regional Division: Calvert SA Sharks (3-1-0, 9 pts.), 1st place

• Girls U-14 National Division: Vienna YS Thunder Black (3-0-1, 10 pts.), 1st place

• Girls U-15 National Division: McLean Extreme ECNL 97 over McLean MPS Extreme Green 5-1

• Girls U-16/17 National Division: McLean Youth Soccer MPS Force ECNL 96 over DC Stoddert Metros Blue 3-0
