Arkansas Razorbacks add six Class of 2024 recruits on National Signing Day

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The Arkansas Razorbacks soccer program (Ranked #11 in SoccerWire’s Best 50 Programs) and head coach Colby Hale have announced the next signing class, featuring six signees from five states.

Hale on the 2024 Signing Class as a whole:

“This class has some people who fit us culturally, athletically and soccer-wise. They each come with some unique personalities and strengths. As we pursue our goals of winning a National Championship, recruiting is the lifeblood, and we feel like these players will continue to help us get there!”

Three signees, Emma Parker, Anaiyah Robinson and Keegan Smith will join the Hogs in the 2024 spring semester as early enrollees.

Why she chose Arkansas: “I chose Arkansas because they are a very good, winning program. Second, I fell in love with the college town and the feel of it. Third, I loved every single one of the coaches and their personalities matched mine which made it easy to connect with them outside of just soccer. Also, the other girls who play there now were so welcoming when I was on my visit and it made me feel comfortable. Everything about Arkansas and its tactics as a program just fits me and the person I am as a whole.”

Hale on Boydstun: “Lily is a modern midfielder – she finds a great blend of playing and mixing it up physically. She plays with a ton of grit and determination, and we believe Lily’s best soccer is still ahead of her!”

Hale on Brownlee: “Jay is a prototypical holding mid. She reads the game well, is very strong in the air and has a good range of passing. She can be a dominant ball-winner and playmaker from that position.

Why she chose Arkansas: “I chose Arkansas because I can’t see myself anywhere else. Every aspect of Fayetteville feels like home, and I know that the coaching staff and team will push me to be the best I can be.”

Hale on Parker: “Emma is a big-time athlete. She is a D1 golfer and volleyball player. She also played CFWD just a handful of years ago. She now is a tremendous 6’0” goalkeeper who can strike a ball extremely well. We cannot wait to see her continued growth.”

Hale on Robinson: “Anaiyah is going to be other teams’ worst nightmare. She is fast, relentless and can score goals. She fits what we believe in as a program, in terms of an obsession with continued growth.”

I know that they will push me every day to be a better player, but most of all a better person.”

Hale on Smith: “Keegan is an all-state ACM, a track star and the sky is the limit for her in goal. She can play with her feet, has tremendous shot-stopping range and is comfortable off her line.”
