Baltimore Bays Chelsea showing strong in early going of Dev. Academy Mid-Atlantic Division play

Baltimore Bays Chelsea Under-16s moved into a first place tie after last weekend’s 3-2 win over co-leaders FC Delco. Though Bays Chelsea has eight games remaining, they will take place over the next five weeks, including a pair of games this weekend against NJSA and Match Fit Chelsea.

Bays Chelsea (10-6-3, 2-0-2, division) are led by Patrick Koscher, who scored two of his team-high 12 goals in the win over FC Delco. DC United, at 10-6-4 overall, is fifth in the division at 1-1-2 and has seven games remaining on its schedule. United is led by Michael Seaton’s nine goals.

In U-18 play, Bays Chelsea has yet to lose in the division (4-0-0) and is 14-4-1 overall, with five players having scored six or more goals, including Yaw Amankwa, who has nine.

United’s U-18s are third in the early going (10-6-4, 2-2-1, division) and are led by four players with four or more goals.
