Delmont is the current Owner of the Harrisburg Heat (“the Heat”) professional indoor soccer program in PA and member of the Major Arena Soccer League (“MASL”). Carl was recently voted MASL Owner of the Year after the Heat reached the MASL Eastern Division playoffs for the first time in 16 years. He is also coach of the 2001/2002 Baltimore Celtic Elite girl teams.

Delmont will take over one of the most successful youth soccer clubs in the country. Winners of three National Championships, four Regional Championships, nine State Cups, four Disney Showcases, and multiple teams positioned to add to this success in 2017, Baltimore Celtic has become one of the most respected programs in the United States  since it was founded in 2013. Delmont will replace co-founder and current President Sean Nolan, who will continue with Baltimore Celtic Soccer Club in an advisory role and as a parent of two boys who currently play for the Baltimore Celtic 2000’s & 2007’s.

“I am so excited for our Club, the coaches, parents and players to have Carl lead Baltimore Celtic Soccer into the future,” Nolan said. “Carl’s experienced leadership and vision will enable the Club to build on a foundation that promotes soccer and academic excellence and provide opportunities for our boys and girls to continue their soccer journey to the best colleges in the country. Carl is a proven leader and successful businessman with a passionate soccer background who will continue the Celtic tradition of excellence and success. I look forward to working with Carl as he leads Baltimore Celtic to new heights.”
