Hughes will be directly responsible for the growth, success, and development of players in the Strikers’ grassroots and ADP Programs. He will also assist with the club’s curriculum and coaching education at all levels.

Graham is a former Chesterfield youth and NPSL player, a Hampden Sydney alum, and he has coached with Chesterfield for more than five years. He will take on the Strikers’ Assistant ADP Director and Assistant Director of Coaching role. He will be directly involved with ADP and serve as an assistant to Director Pat McStay to ensure that travel teams are given extensive attention.
