Creighton women’s soccer signs Kansas transfer Gracely Briley

Omaha, Neb. – Creighton women’s soccer head coach Ross Paule announced the addition of Kansas transfer Gracely Briley for the 2021 season.

Briley completed her second season with the Jayhawks this spring, playing in eight matches during 2020. A midfielder, Briley logged 206 minutes during the 2020 season, including a season-high 52 at Texas on Sept. 11. An Academic All-Big 12 First Team selection, Gracely saw action in six matches as a freshman in 2019.

A two-time Gatorade Player of the Year in high school, Briley helped Olathe Northwest claim consecutive 5A State Titles in 2017 and 2018.

“Gracely has the ability, work ethic and attitude to have an immediate positive influence in our talented midfield and team,” noted Paule.
