Dartmouth men’s soccer unveils Class of 2027 comprised of recruits from five countries
HANOVER, N.H. — Dartmouth College’s Bobby Clark Head Coach of Men’s Soccer Bo Oshoniyi and his staff have announced the six incoming members of the Class of 2027 set to join the program this fall.
Dartmouth’s incoming class is comprised of four forwards, a midfielder and a defender. The Big Green’s Class of 2027 features athletes from the United States, Greece, France, England and Sweden.
“We are extremely excited about this class,” Oshoniyi said. “The class is very mature and experienced, and I think they will transition well into Dartmouth and college soccer. They have all had success at a very high level and we are looking forward to incorporating them into our culture here at Dartmouth. I believe with the addition of these young men and our current roster we will have an exciting fall here in Hanover!”

Douglas Arveskär
Forward Stockholm, Sweden | Österåker UnitedBefore Dartmouth: Was a member of the Stockholm District Team from 2018-2021… Closed the 2022 season with Österåker United in second place in Division 2 Men’s Norra Svealand… Earned a second-place finish with the Stockholm District team in the Swedish National Championship (2021)… Earned a championship in U19 Division 1, recording the most goals and assists on his team during the 2020 season.
Why Dartmouth: “The idea of being able to pursue my life-long dream of becoming a professional footballer whilst receiving a degree from a world-renowned institution like Dartmouth was a dream come true. After my meetings with Coach Bo and Matty I felt that Dartmouth shares the same ambitions that I have both on and off the pitch.”
Trenton Blake
Forward Tallahassee, Florida | Tampa Bay UnitedBefore Dartmouth: Played for Tampa Bay United, where he was a member of the 2021 MLS Next Finalist squad… Won the USL Academy National Tournament in 2022… Served as a captain for Tampa Bay United’s MLS Next U16 team … Trains with a professional team; the Tampa Bay Rowdies.
Why Dartmouth: “After visiting Dartmouth and meeting the coaching staff, I realized I wanted to attend a school that valued community. Dartmouth men’s soccer offers that community and a high level of soccer. Being a top school academically, Dartmouth was the obvious choice in my eyes. I am ready for new opportunities and experiences when I get to Dartmouth.”
Cameron Brayne
London, England | Arsenal F.C. Academy
MidfielderBefore Dartmouth: Spent three years at the Arsenal F.C. Academy… Represented Arsenal F.C. at tournaments in Mumbai, Croatia and Belfast, Northern Ireland… Was offered an Arsenal F.C. scholarship… Served as a captain for Arsenal F.C.’s U16 team (2020-2021)… Named an honorary sports scholar at the Sevenoaks School.
Why Dartmouth: “What attracted me most to Dartmouth was the unique opportunity to excel both on the field and as a student. When I visited, I particularly appreciated the vision and ambition of the team and the coaching staff. I’m honored and excited to be part of the next chapter of the Dartmouth men’s soccer team.”
Alex Huneau
Defender Paris, France | Le Puy Foot, FranceBefore Dartmouth: Won the U19 French National Championship during the 2022-23 season with Le Puy Foot, France… Won the U17 French National Championship with Le Puy Foot, France in 2021-22… Was a member of the U14 ODP USA National Team in 2019.
Why Dartmouth: “Dartmouth represents for me a great opportunity to study in one of the most prestigious universities and continue to play soccer at the highest level in NCAA Division I.”
Will Lulka
Forward Manhattan, New York City, New York | Manhattan Soccer ClubBefore Dartmouth: Served as a captain for the Manhattan Soccer Club 2004/2005 Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) team… Made his USL2 debut for the Manhattan Soccer Club in 2023… Earned first-team All-Division ECNL honors in 2021 and second-team recognition in 2022… Was named the 2020-21 Fordham Prep varsity soccer team’s MVP.
Why Dartmouth: “From my first interactions with the coaching staff and players, I felt a bond that I didn’t feel anywhere else. The camaraderie and competitive culture shared among the players and coaching staff is exactly what I wanted. I feel that Dartmouth soccer and academics each exemplifies the balance between camaraderie and competitiveness perfectly. I also knew I wanted to play on grass, so having grass practice fields and Burnham Field as our stadium sealed the deal for me.”

Agios Stefanos, Athens, Greece | Olympiacos F.C.
Before Dartmouth: Played for Olympiacos F.C., winning championships in the Greek Super League at the U15 and U19 levels… Led the Greek Super League with 18 goals during his time at the U15 level… Has been called up to play for the Greek National team multiple times… Led the U17 Greek Super League with 11 goals… Scored six goals and recorded a pair of assists in his team’s U19 championship season.
