ECNL Boys 2023 San Diego National Event Preview: U12-U14 teams head to So Cal

The ECNL Boys are headed to the West Coast this weekend for ECNL San Diego (Oct. 7-9) at Surf Cup Sports Park in Del Mar, California.

The event will have teams from U12-U14, with many of the U12 and U13 teams making their first appearance in ECNL National Event play. More than 40 clubs and over 100 teams will be in action over the weekend in San Diego.

Schedule: Every team is guaranteed three games in three days, playing competition of similar levels from outside of their Conference. U12 teams will play two games on Saturday and one on Sunday. Check the revamped ECNL app for the complete schedule.

Defending Champions: The defending U13 National Champions, San Diego Surf, take the field this weekend with their eyes set on repeating as National Champions this season. They take on Arizona Arsenal (Mountain Conference), HTX Soccer (Texas Conference), and Mustang SC (Northern Cal Conference) this weekend in San Diego.

Final Four: Slammers FC made it all the way to the U13 semifinals at the ECNL Boys Finals in Norco, in July. This weekend, they take on BVBIA (Texas Conference), Eastside FC (Northwest Conference), and Albion Hurricanes (Texas Conference).
