ECNL Girls Phoenix National Event 2022 Preview

ECNL Girls is headed to Arizona this weekend for ECNL Phoenix (Nov. 11-13) at Reach 11 Sports Complex, in Phoenix, Ariz. The event will feature some of the brightest talent and top clubs from around the country competing over three days at the premier event.

This weekend’s event will feature 171 teams from the U16-U18/19 age groups.

Schedule: Every team is guaranteed three games in three days, playing competition of similar levels and designed to allow teams to play others outside of their conference. Check the ECNL app for the complete schedule.

Recruiting Trail: With the NCAA regular season reaching its conclusion, college scouts are back out on the recruiting trail and will be in attendance this weekend at ECNL Phoenix for the first time this season.

National Championship Rematch: Last season’s U17 National Championship Game featured a showdown between Real Colorado National and Beach FC. Now both teams are back at the U18/19 level ready to try to make a trip back to the championship game. Real Colorado National faces off against Utah Royals FC and Slammers FC HB KØGE on Friday and Saturday, while Beach FC takes on Michigan Hawks and Sporting Blue Valley over the first two days. The two then meet up with each other on Sunday for a rematch of last year’s championship game.

Hudl: ECNL partner, Hudl, launches its Hudl x ECNL Documentary pilot during halftime of the ECNL Arizona National Selection Game. They spent time on site at the facilities of Wilmington Hammerheads, La Roca Futbol (ECNL Boys), and Real Colorado as they explored A Day in the League with the ECNL. NSG: ECNL Phoenix will feature the first National Selection Game of the season. The game will take place on November 11 at 6:30 PM on Field 1. The game will feature players from the U16-U18/19 age groups and can be live streamed.
