ECNL Girls Players of the Year and All-Conference Teams unveiled for 2023-24

RICHMOND, Va. – The ECNL Girls announced the 2023-24 Conference Players of the Year and All-Conference First and Second Teams.

“Establishing oneself as one of the top players in an ECNL Conference throughout the course of an entire season is an incredible achievement,” said ECNL Girls Commissioner Ralph Richards.

“This distinction represents a commitment to excellence and recognizes the work put in by both players and coaches. Congratulations to all the players recognized, as well as their coaches and teammates who helped make this incredible achievement possible.”

Honorees were selected by conference awards committees with technical representatives from every club in each of the ECNL Girls’ 10 conferences. The number of players selected was based upon the size of the respective conference.

Players that have been selected to their respective All-Conference First Team will also be eligible for selection to the ECNL Girls All-American teams, which will be announced later this week. All-Conference Players of the Year will also be eligible for selection for the ECNL Girls’ National Player of the Year.
