ECNL Northeast Conference Recap: Oct. 17-18, 2015
East Meadow SC, Match Fit Academy, Albertson Fury, Penn Fusion and PDA each earned victories this weekend in ECNL Northeast Conference U-14 action.

U-14
Match Fit Academy earned its third clean sheet in just five games on Saturday in a 3-0 win over Continental FC Delco, remaining unbeaten and in first place in the Metro Division. PDA picked up a hard-fought 2-0 win over World Class FC on Saturday, improving to 3-1-1 on the young season only one point behind Match Fit for the division lead.
New England Division powerhouse East Meadow SC’s dominant back line did not allow a single goal on the weekend as the team earned four points, playing Penn Fusion to a scoreless draw on Saturday before blowing out FC Bucks 7-0 on Sunday to cap off a successful trip to Pennsylvania. The two clean sheets extended East Meadow’s shutout streak to four, and were their fifth and sixth of the season. The team has given up just one goal through seven games, and is still undefeated at 5-0-2.

Albertson Fury continued its strong start to the season as well, earning a 7-2 win over FC Bucks on Saturday and dropping a tough 1-0 decision on Sunday against Penn Fusion. Albertson is third in the New England Division at 3-2-2 through seven matches, and will travel to Massachusetts next weekend to face division opponents Boston Breakers Academy and FC Stars.
Meanwhile, Penn Fusion’s clean sheets at home this weekend were the squad’s third and fourth of the season, as it improved to 3-3-2 at third place in the Metro Division.
