ECNL takes holiday off, resumes this weekend

The Elite Clubs National League took the Thanksgiving holiday off and will resume action with a slate of games Dec. 1-2 with Virginia Rush and Richmond Strikers traveling to Ohio for a pair of matches, each facing Internationals and Ohio Premier Eagles.
Among the local teams in the Mid-Atlantic Conference, here’s where they stand at the end of November:
Under-18
• FC Virginia 5-2-0, 15 pts., 2.14 ppg. – 3rd place
• Richmond Strikers 3-4-1, 10 pts. 1.43 ppg. – 6th place
• McLean Youth Soccer 3-4-0, 9 pts., 1.29 ppg. – 7th place
• Virginia Rush 0-7-0, 0.00 ppg. – 8th place
(Bethesda SC and Freestate Soccer Alliance have yet to start their ECNL seasons)
Under-17
