ECNL to launch series of GK showcases through partnership with United Goalkeeping Alliance
RICHMOND, Va. – The ECNL announced multiple new goalkeeping showcases to be held at ECNL events in the 2024-2025 season through an extended partnership with United Goalkeeping Alliance.
The ECNL Goalkeeping Showcases, powered by UGKA, will provide goalkeepers an opportunity to be trained and evaluated by high-level goalkeeper coaches at select ECNL National Events for college identification purposes.

Building off the success of four goalkeeping showcases last season at ECNL National Events, the league will host seven Goalkeeping Showcases at both ECNL National Events and ECNL Regional League National Events this season to continue to provide additional college exposure and development opportunities for goalkeepers:
- ECNL Girls RL Virginia: November 15-17
- ECNL Boys RL Virginia: November 22-24
- ECNL Girls St. Louis: December 12-14
- ECNL Boys Florida: January 4-6
- ECNL Girls Florida: January 11-13
- ECNL Girls Phoenix: April 4-6
- ECNL Boys Virginia: May 24-26
More than 100 players and college coaches were in attendance at each of the four Goalkeeping Showcases last season in Florida, Phoenix, and Virginia, providing a positive and supportive atmosphere for players to learn from and be evaluated by an excellent staff of coaches. Dedicated training space, experienced goalkeeper coaches, and top quality Kwik Goal goals and equipment make each event a fantastic experience for the players.
These events create opportunities for goalkeepers to showcase their abilities live and in front of college scouts. In addition, United Goalkeeping Alliance will host a Zoom call prior to each event to discuss recruiting with goalkeepers and families in advance of their session and to address questions for registered players.
