FC DELCO Girls Fall Showcase set to kickoff 4th edition

Entering its fourth year, the FC DELCO Girls Fall Showcase is set to begin Friday, kicking off a weekend of high level competition and college recruiting in the Philadelphia area.

Taking place from November 11-13, the FC DELCO Girls Fall Showcase will feature a total of 88 teams across the U13-U19 age groups. Attending teams are representing several of the nation’s most competitive leagues, including the ECNL, Girls Academy and US Youth Soccer National League, among others.

In total, the FC DELCO Fall Showcase will play host to over 250 teams, including 177 teams participating in the Boys Showcase from November 18-20.

“We are proud to host the 4th Annual FC DELCO Fall Showcase,” said FC DELCO Girls ECNL Director Zach Tassone. “We look forward to welcoming 250+ teams to the event and providing them a competitive platform to showcase themselves.”

This year marks the fourth edition of the tournament, which is a product of the longstanding partnership between FC DELCO and Sideline Soccer Solutions (formerly APL Tournaments). The fall event is a recent addition to the tournament series which also features the prestigious FC DELCO Players Cup, a longtime Memorial Day weekend staple on the East Coast.

“In only its 4th year, the FC DELCO Girls Fall Showcase has become a top recruiting event in the Mid-Atlantic Region,” said John Hatt, Sideline Soccer Solutions (S3) Director. “The combination of quality teams, fields, and organization provides great opportunities for the players to be seen by college coaches.”

The FC DELCO Fall Showcase will take place on all turf facilities in the Philadelphia metropolitan area which will minimize the risk of cancelations due to inclement weather.
