First NCAA Division I men’s and women’s soccer rankings released for Spring 2021

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – United Soccer Coaches released the first 2021 NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Spring Rankings on Tuesday. Clemson sits atop the men’s poll, while Florida State claims the top spot on the women’s poll.

The Tigers claim the top spot with an 8-2-1 record, followed by Southern Methodist, then Stanford. Rounding out the top five are Pittsburgh in the fourth spot and Georgetown at No. 5.

The top five in the women’s poll are Florida State at No. 1, followed by North Carolina in the second spot, and UCLA ranked third. TCU claim No. 4, preceding Duke in fifth.

To be eligible for consideration in United Soccer Coaches college rankings, a school must be a member of the United Soccer Coaches College Services Program.
