Georgetown signs six ECNL Girls standouts including two from Virginia Union FC

WASHINGTON – The Georgetown women’s soccer team welcomed six incoming freshmen to the class of 2028. The high school seniors signed their National Letters of Intent to officially declare their intention of attending and playing soccer for the Hoyas in 2024.

“My staff worked very hard in identifying this group of quality players and even more important, personalities that will fit in with our culture and norms,” Said head coach Dave Nolan. “These student athletes address certain needs for us. We have added a goalkeeper to provide competition to that group and also added some serious depth in the midfield along with a versatile forward and full back, all who I expect to compete from day one.”

“I am very excited to welcome them to Georgetown next fall, and in the meantime, they get to enjoy another exciting time in life as High School Seniors,” Nolan continued.
