SoccerWire continues its annual article series previewing the Jefferson Cup’s top brackets. In this edition, we take a look ahead at the U15 Girls Showcase Division.
This year’s top flight features 20 of the top teams in the country in a Showcase style two-bracket format. (COLLEGE COACHES)
Bracket A
Bethesda SC 10 ECNL: Ripped off three consecutive shutout victories over PDA White (2-0), Penn Fusion SA (1-0), and Match Fit Academy (1-0) earlier this month to ready themselves for this year’s Jefferson Cup. After having reached the Quarterfinals of last year’s ECNL National Playoffs, Bethesda will undoubtedly use their time in Richmond to prepare themselves for another deep playoff run.
Century United FC 10 GA: Started 2025 with a 13-0 victory over The St. James FC, extending their unbeaten run in GA Mid-Atlantic Conference play to three. Their 5.8 goals scored per game is the highest among all GA Mid-Atlantic Conference teams.

Fairfax Virginia Union ECNL 10: Blanked the Northern Virginia Alliance 5-0 in February to extend their unbeaten run across all ECNL competitions to four and cement their hold on third place in the Mid-Atlantic Conference (8-1-1,25 points).USYNT Talent ID Center invitees Mackenzie Allen (Goalkeeper), Amiyah Curry (Forward), Pauline Maletz (Forward), and Kelsey Spearman (Centerback) lead a talented group that can dominate possession on both sides of the field.
FC DELCO ECNL 10: Pulled off back-to-back victories over Pipeline SC (9-0) and PDA South (1-0) to kickstart their North Atlantic Conference season. They also proved that they can handle playing under pressure, allowing just two goals at the recent ECNL Texas national event.
FC Prime 10 ECNL: Led by their talented defensive line Prime has allowed only three goals in their last seven ECNL matches, amassing a 4-1-2 record during that timeframe. In Southeast Conference play they have conceded just six goals which is the lowest among all teams.
NC Courage ECNL Academy: Earned two strong victories in the top flight of the visitRaleigh.com Girls College Showcase, knocking off Florida West FC (2-0) and Elite XI Soccer Academy (5-0). USYNT February ID Center invitees Kenden Mountford, Caroline Bewley, and Kylen Clack lead a talented Courage spine that will give their opponents fits down in Richmond.
NVA ECNL 10: Finished off their 2024 season by winning the Bethesda Premier Cup- Chesapeake Division. The Alliance were dominant on both sides of the pitch, outsourcing their opponents 17-1 across all three matches earning top honors.
PDA ECNL Blue 10: Earned their first North Atlantic Conference victory last month in a 5-0 victory over Maryland United FC. PDA earned a ECNL National Playoff appearance last year at the 2010 age group and will look to use their time in Richmond to prepare for the long season and a potential postseason berth.
VDA 2010 ECNL: Won the ECNL Conference Cup in February, holding off the Charlotte Independence (4-3) and CSA (3-0) to earn top honors. They have been equally impressive in Mid-Atlantic Conference play, leading their conference in Goals Scored (46) while finishing tied for second in Goals Allowed (8).
World Class FC 2010 ECNL: Currently sitting atop the ECNL’s New England Conference, World Class have dominated play during the 2024-2025 season. Across all ECNL competitions, they currently hold a 9-0-2 record on 29 points while allowing just two goals.
Bracket B
Alleycats 10 ECNL-RL: Finished off their 2024 ECNL-RL Northeast season with a five game unbeaten run in Conference play (5-0-0, 15 points). In Showcases they have been equally effective, winning the Platinum Division at the SUSA Winter Showcase.
Arlington SA 10 ECNL: Won three of their last five matches in the Mid-Atlantic Conference (3-2-0, 9 points) to put them in position to earn a North American Cup spot. The group is led by two recent USYNT ID Center invitees: defender Julia Orfitelli and forward Paige Cummins.
Baltimore Armour 10: Armour enter this year’s Jefferson Cup having gone undefeated thus far in Girls Academy Mid-Atlantic Conference play (9-0-0, 27 points). At the Showcase event at the GA Champions Cup they continued their strong run of form winning all three of their matches on clean sheets.
CFC United ECNL RL 10: Kickstarted their 2024-2025 season with a 6-0 victory over East Meadow SC back in December. They also had a strong showing at the SUSA Winter Showcase, knocking off NEFC Navy (1-0) and CNY Coliseum (6-3).
East Meadow SC ECNL 10: Picked up three victories in the Premier Division at the SUSA Winter Showcase, outsourcing their opponents 6-2. They finished off their strong weekend on the pitch with an impressive 3-1 victory over STA Soccer.
HEX FC Bucks ECNL 10: Earned two major victories at the Penn Fusion Girls Winter Showcase, knocking off Cedar Stars Academy (1-0) and PA Classics (2-1) each by one goal margins. In the ECNL’s North Atlantic Conference, they just held on for a 2-2 draw with a PDA to get their fifth point on the season.
NCFC Youth 10 ECNL: Finished off their 2024-2025 ECNL season with a tough 1-0 victory over the Rockford Raptors at the Texas National Event. At the visitRaleigh.com Girls College Showcase they earned back-to-back victories in the Elite White Division Bracket A defeating both Skyline Elite (3-0) and IFA (6-0).
Richmond United 10 ECNL: At ECNL Texas Richmond earned four points against Sporting Blue Valley (1-0) and Classics Elite (1-1) to cap off their 2024-2025 season. This year’s Jefferson Cup will serve as an excellent for their thirteen players that have made their varsity teams ahead of the spring Virginia high school season.
Sunrise Surf 2010 ECNL-RL: Currently lead ECNL-RL Florida Conference South Division with a 7-1-2 record on 23 points. Defensively, Surf gives opponents little space in front of goal to work with having conceded just seven goals in Conference play this season. They finished second overall at December’s ECNL-RL Kansas City event pulling off an undefeated record in three matches (3-0-0, 9 points).
SUSA FC New England ECNL RL 10: Finished atop the Premier White Division at the SUSA Girls Women’s Showcase with three clean sheets (2-0-1, 5 points). They also had a strong showing at the Penn Fusion Girls WInter Showcase, blanking PA Classics (4-0) and gritting out a 1-1 draw with Girls Elite.
