Jefferson Open FutsalRVA concludes inagural event
The Richmond Strikers and FutstalRVA hosted the first ever Jefferson Open FutsalRVA tournament over the weekend in Richmond, Va.
The 5v5 futsal event featured boys and girls teams representing clubs from Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania and the host state of Virginia. Other squads entered independently, as players began their winter training with a weekend of high level futsal action at the U-Turn Sports complex.

In addition to host clubs Fustal RVA and the Strikers, other youth soccer and futsal clubs represented included Charles County Futsal, Chesterfield United FC, Fredericksburg FC, Long Island Futsal, Prince William Courage, Richmond Kickers, Stafford Soccer and Quickstrike FC, among others.
