Lennard Visman hired as Technical Director for FC Copa Academy – Brooklyn
METUCHEN, NJ – FC Copa Academy has announced the hiring of Lennard Visman as Technical Director at FC Copa Academy – Brooklyn.
Visman will work toward establishing all FC Copa – Brooklyn teams and soccer programs for boys and girls as part of FC Copa’s anchor tenant soccer training partnership with Aviator Sports and Events Center in Brooklyn, NY.
Visman joins FC Copa with over a decade of experience as a coach, having previously served as Director of Coaching for DTS. Originally from Laren, Holland, Lennard moved to the US to continue his coaching career in 2010. Visman earned a degree in Sports Studies from Roc van Amsterdam in his native Holland.

Since its inception in 2004, FC Copa Academy has appeared in 26 state, 19 regional and 7 national finals and championships while having one of the highest college placement rates in the country, both soccer and academic, having placed over 350 students into over 160 collegiate programs and developed over 24 professional and national/international team players.
