Michigan State women’s soccer program unveils Top 10 ranked signing class for 2025

EAST LANSING, Mich. – Michigan State women’s soccer head coach Jeff Hosler has announced the signing of 12 incoming student-athletes – 10 freshmen and a pair of transfers – to the Spartans’ 2025 roster.

The Spartans welcome one of the top recruiting classes in the nation, earning recognition from TopDrawerSoccer as the No. 11-ranked class with additional top-10 recognition in the Prep Soccer recruiting class rankings.

“We are thrilled to welcome a really strong class to East Lansing,” said Hosler. “There is a great depth of experiences, including four different players with Youth National Team appearances for the US and Canada, a National Champion and many more at the highest platforms in youth soccer. Beyond the incredible talents they each possess, their competitiveness, mental approach and commitment to the game also really shine through.  We have big plans and this group will be a great addition to what we continue to build.”

Kennedy Bell | Jr. | Defender | Charlotte, N.C. | Charlotte Soccer Academy | Maryland 

Prior to MSU (at Maryland): Spent the 2023 and 2024 seasons at Maryland … As a sophomore, played and started all 18 matches, tallying eight points from three goals and two assists … Played and started in all 18 matches as a freshman in 2023, playing the third-most minutes on the team with 1,545 … Became Maryland’s first Big Ten All-Freshman selection since the program moved to the conference in 2014 … Had one assist on the season … Named Big Ten Freshman of the Week on Sept. 5, 2023.
