NCAA Women’s Soccer Top 25: Duke surges after upset win over rival UNC

United Soccer Coaches released the fourth NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer Top 25 poll of the 2024 season.

Stanford remains in the No. 1 spot, followed by Virginia at No. 2, Florida State at No. 3, Arkansas at No. 4 and Michigan State rounding out the Top 5.

Duke surged into the No. 8 position after previously being unranked, following their impressive 1-0 victory over rival North Carolina. The Tar Heels dropped to No. 10 this week after previously holding the No. 2 spot.
