New York Red Bulls prospect Julian Hall becomes 2nd-youngest scorer in MLS history

Julian Hall, at 16 years and 87 days old, became the second-youngest goal scorer in Major League Soccer history on Wednesday night.

Hall, from New York City, equalized in the 88th minute in Montréal for his first MLS goal. He became the youngest goal scorer in New York Red Bulls club history.

Only Freddy Adu was younger (14 years, 320 days) when he scored his first MLS goal in 2004.

Hall signed his first professional contract in September 2023, at 15-years-old. He was the second-youngest Homegrown signing in club history.
