Next Level Soccer Academy becomes newest member of the Super Y League

TAMPA, Fla. – The Super Y League announced the addition of Next Level Soccer Academy. The New Jersey club will compete in the North Atlantic Division beginning in the 2021 season.

“We are excited to bring yet another Northeastern-based club into the ranks of the Super Y League for the 2021 season,” said Dominic Colarusso, USL Youth League Growth and Development Manager. “The level of competition is growing immensely in the North Atlantic Division and we can’t wait for Next Level Soccer Academy to show off their skills on the pitch this season against the nation’s best young soccer players.”

The Super Y League will provide Next Level SA players an opportunity for year-round play, national exposure and competitive experience through events such as the Super Y League Finals and the USL Experience.

“The Super Y League has been a part of the youth soccer landscape and has provided national championship and player identification opportunities for over 20 years,” said Brian Thomsen, Director of Coaching & Operations. “We are joining the Super Y League to be part of that landscape and tradition as we see the USL and Super Y League being on the forefront of youth and professional soccer moving forward.”

“Being able to join a prestigious league that now provides our club with year-round competitive play to supplement our fall, winter and spring options is something we look forward to and will serve to further enhance our player development initiatives.”
