NJ Youth Soccer announces launch of NJYS Futsal State Cup

East Windsor, NJ (Via NJ Youth Soccer) ― New Jersey Youth Soccer has announced an expansion of its programming with the launch of the NJYS Futsal State Cup, which will officially kick-off in early 2019. Online registration for this exciting inaugural event will open later this month.

“NJ Youth Soccer is thrilled to launch this tournament and offer additional programming for our membership,” said Evelyn Gill, NJYS President. “We see the growing interest in futsal and we look forward to providing this new opportunity with top level competition.”

The NJYS Futsal State Cup tournament format will be 5v5 futsal. Each team that enters will play at least three 30-minute games, with a semifinal and a final if a team advances to that stage. Both the boys and girls events will be held at the state-of-the-art Sportika Sports complex at 150 Woodward Road in Manalapan Township, N.J.
