PDA Girls Soccer celebrates 54 college commitments for 2021

The Players Development Academy (PDA) girls soccer program has announced its list of 54 graduating players who are moving on to the college level.

Many of the class of 2021 graduates are members of the PDA Blue U-18/19 squad, which recently advanced all the way to the semifinals of the ECNL Champions League.

PDA’s class of 2021 features players that have been recruited to some of the top NCAA women’s soccer teams in the country, many of which will compete close to home in New Jersey and around the Tri-State region.

Five PDA products are joining in-state program Rutgers ahead of the upcoming season, where they will play for head coach Mike O’Neill, the Director of Coaching for PDA. Featured in the Scarlett Knights’ top-7 ranked recruiting class are: Kassidy Banks, Courtney Ruedt, Kylie Daigle, Emily Mason and Gia Girman.

Another four players have signed with New Jersey based Division I school, Fairfield University: Samantha Erickson, Aubrey Silverman, Victoria Sarf and Arden MacNeil.

Several Ivy League teams will be welcoming PDA products this fall, including three who will be teammates at Columbia: Marcia Ojo, Ania Prussak and Sophia Cavaliere.

The class is also highlighted by midfielder Lauren Wrigley, who will be heading to the University of North Carolina to represent the most successful women’s college soccer program in history. The players above are just a small sample of PDA’s full college-bound class of 2021, which can be seen below:
