Roster named for U.S. U-17 Men’s National Team training camp
CHICAGO (Via U.S. Soccer) – U.S. Under-17 Men’s National Team head coach John Hackworth named a 24-player roster for the team’s upcoming camp in Park City, Utah between Aug. 14-22.
The USA will play two club friendlies during camp: the first against Utah Valley University on Aug. 16 and the second against RSL Monarchs on Aug. 20.

The camp will be an audition before Hackworth names the final 20 players for the 2016 Torneo Naciones de Mexico, set to take place Aug. 22-29 in Mexico City, where the USA will take on Portugal on Aug. 25, Qatar on Aug. 26 and finish the tournament against Mexico on Aug. 28.
This will be the second tournament of the summer after the U-17’s made it to the title match in the 2016 AIFF Youth Cup in India last May.
