Sockers FC claims two National Cup XI titles

A total of 22 teams from 21 clubs representing eight different states were crowned National Cup XI champions Monday at Waukegan Sports Park, led by Sockers FC, which won Under-13 Girls and U-15 Boys Premier group titles.

Sockers FC has now won four National Cup titles, tied for third on the all-time list, along with California Odyssey SC, which claimed a fourth National Cup title in the U-16 Girls Premier group.
