Super Y League names top performers of 2017 SYL Finals (Girls)

(Via Super Y League) – Out of over 2,000 players and over 100 teams, 11 boys and 11 girls were honored as the top performers of the 2017 SYL Finals, with standout showings for their clubs.

Based on SYL coach, college coach and staff evaluations, 22 total players among the five age groups – U12, U13, U14, U16 and U18 – were selected for SYL North American Top Performers honors. Players who performed at a high level throughout the tournament were selected based off their overall performance in their respective age group.

On the girls side, Emma Rice, Katelyn Tullis and Samantha Barnett all ranked near the top goal-scorers while leading Oklahoma Energy FC U18 to their age group title.
