Texas Rush player Kelsey Brann to represent Mexico at U-17 World Cup
Texas Rush ECNL U-18 goalkeeper Kelsey Brann has been chosen to represent Mexico at the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup. The Mexico U-17 Women’s National Team will go up against New Zealand, host country Jordan and Spain during group play at the event.
“This is an incredible experience that I can’t wait to be part of,” Brann said. “This type of event is what I have been training for throughout my years with Texas Rush. Being on the big stages with my Rush teammates has helped prepare me both mentally and physically for this World Cup. Hopefully, we can pull out the win for Mexico and bring back the 1st place trophy.”
