LEESBURG, VA (Via Loudoun Soccer) – Two Loudoun Soccer teams were crowned Region I Champions on July 4, 2017 at the Region I Championships in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

“We are very proud of these girls and coaches Rae Ann (Taylor) and Eddie (Pope)”, said Mark Ryan, Loudoun Soccer Technical Director. “They went to Regionals and performed to their potential in hot, pressurized conditions. We enjoyed watching these girls work together as a team to bring home the highest prize possible for their age group. We extend our congratulations to the players, parents and coaches.”
U.S. Youth Soccer, the governing body of youth soccer in the United States, does not include the Under-12 age group at the National Championships.
