Prior to joining EY, he served as Executive Vice President, League Finance & Global Strategy at the National Basketball Association (NBA), where he led the League Finance department as well as the Global Strategy department.
Uro also served as Partner at McKinsey & Company and during his time there helped numerous Fortune 100 companies develop and implement top management strategy, finance, and operations best practices. He has over 20 years of management consulting experience with companies across many sectors (media, financial services, consumer products and healthcare) and geographies (North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America).
Before his tenure at McKinsey & Company, Uro served as an economic advisor at Argentina’s Ministry of Economy.
