CHICAGO (Via U.S. Soccer) – The U.S. Under-18 Women’s National Team will come together for a training camp from May 21-28, at the U.S. Soccer National Training Center in Carson, California.
The USA will be coached by U.S. Soccer Women’s Technical Director April Heinrichs, who has called up 26 players, all youth club players who were born in 1998.
All the players in this camp are age-eligible for the 2016 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup, which has an age cut-off of players born on or after Jan. 1, 1996, but the goal for this age group is to ultimately qualify for the 2018 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup, which will be held in France.
