KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Via United Soccer Coaches) – United Soccer Coaches has released the association’s national preseason rankings for men’s and women’s teams in all divisions of NCAA and junior college competition, as well as the upcoming fall season of boys and girls high school soccer.

Stanford University, who captured both the men’s and women’s national titles last season in Division I, sits atop both polls to start the 2018 campaign.

In NCAA-II, defending national champions University of Charleston (men’s) and University of Central Missouri (women’s) start the 2018 season where they finished last year, at No. 1. Returning champs in Division III, Messiah College (men’s) and Williams College (women’s) are also No. 1 to start the year.

Tyler Junior College (Texas) has both its men’s and women’s teams ranked No. 1 to start the year in NJCAA Division I, while in NJCAA Division III, Genessee Community College (men’s) and Fresno City College (women’s) top the polls.

In addition to the collegiate polls, the USA Today/United Soccer Coaches Super 25 Fall Girls High School rankings were also released with Houston (Germantown, Tenn.) sitting atop the girls poll. The boys’ poll will be released later today.
