Dustin had this to say about his time at VSA: “It is a bittersweet moment to move on from VSA. I have truly enjoyed my time here at the Club and I feel as though I have grown significantly as an employee, a coach, and a person. I have built tremendous friendships among the technical, administrative and coaching staff and I will miss working with everyone each day. I want to thank Matt Lacey and the Board of Directors for giving me the opportunity to work with the organization. I feel very fortunate to have been a part of VSA in a number of roles over the years and I wish nothing but continued success for the players, coaches and parents. Matt’s mentorship has given me the confidence I need for this next step and I appreciate the time he has put in to help my personal development. I also want to thank my fellow staff members for their friendships and for always challenging me to be the best. Finally, I want to thank all of the players and coaches that I have had the privilege to work with here at the Club. Without them, none of this would be possible and I will forever appreciate the moments I’ve spent and lessons I’ve learned from our players and coaches.”
