With the recent announcement by the Elite Clubs National League that a boys program is to be launched in Fall 2017, FCV President Terry Foley stated “The announcement by the ECNL changes the landscape of boys youth soccer in the United States. The ECNL currently has 84 of the biggest clubs in the country participating in their league.”

“Additionally, the ECNL allows our elite players the opportunity to play at the highest level while still being able to participate in other sports and high school soccer,” Amato continued. “We are proud to be able to continue opening doors for our players and this new relationship advances these goals, exposing our players to greater opportunities and to Arsenal FC, ECNL, Curriculum Collaborative showcase teams and training.”

“I am very excited at the prospect of working with Bo Amato, and building the top boys program in the Region,” said Richie Burke, Boys Director of FC Virginia. “We will be creating multiple pathways to success for all our boys. Both sets of coaches will benefit from the sharing of advance curriculum, philosophy and resources.”
