Miranda Dumornay is a formidable midfielder and center defender who commands the soccer field with her exceptional skills and leadership. With her long term experience being in the holding midfield position, injuries to her team caused a strong midfielder to turn to center defending for her team. Standing tall with an imposing presence, her keen eye for intercepting passes thwarts opposition attacks effortlessly. Miranda’s ability to read the game and organize her teammates makes her an invaluable asset to any team. She finds the net, drifting between defenders resulting in a strong field presence. Off the field, she is known for her unwavering dedication to training and her humble, yet driven, demeanor. She has received acknowledgement as the Player of the Game for two major games during her high school season with St Thomas Aquinas High School, and ended her freshman year season with the Player of The Year award. Miranda has also played in the U15 CONCACAF Tournament representing Puerto Rico during the 2022-2023 season.
