54 Div. I players invited to 2013 MLS Combine

The 54 Div. I players listed below are the college invitees to the 2013 Major League Soccer Combine, which takes place from Jan. 11-15.
The list is highlighted by College Cup finalists Ian Christianson (M), Tommy Muller (D) and Jimmy Nealis (D) of Georgetown, and National Champion Indiana’s Luis Soffner (GK).
Among the nation’s top college prospects are three Big East stars in Dillon Powers (M) and Ryan Finley (F) of the NCAA Tournament’s No. 1 seed Notre Dame, and Carlos Alvarez (M) of Connecticut. Maryland’s John Stertzer (M), who helped pace the Terps’ top-ranked offense with 21 points on seven goals and seven assists, is also expected to be an early first rounder.
The MLS Combine’s college participants will be joined by additional players supplemented from international leagues and Generation Adidas signees.
