WAGS Tournament
Maddie helped OPSA control the midfield throughout the WAGS Tournament, working on both sides of the ball and making it difficult for the opponents’ midfielders to keep the ball. These were Jalyn’s first and second goals of the fall campaign.
Alexa Weiner – Midfielder

Girl Northeast NPL – Pre-ECNL
A natural center midfielder, Alexa was asked to play center back against FSA FC. She took to the position with the poise and confidence of a much more seasoned player. Girl Northeast NPL – Pre-ECNL
Defensively Liz was constantly able to break the Connecticut FC rhythm in midfield by being in the right place at the right time and providing high pressure in an organized and disciplined manner. In the attack, her ability to receive and turn at pace was instrumental in her team switching the point of attack and creating scoring opportunities. This was on full display as Liz checked in at the top of the box, turned her defender, and slotted a ball past a diving goalie. Liz added a second goal off a corner kick to help her team to a 5-0 victory.
