RICHMOND, Va. – The ECNL has announced the release of the ECNL Boys Conference Cup documentary, highlighting the journeys of some of the top players in the league at the 2023 Conference Cup.

The 2023 ECNL Boys Conference Cup, the first event of its kind, was held at the Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center in California with 90 of the top U17-U18 boys players from across the country.

Players were divided into six different teams based on geographic location of their clubs, and then took part in a mini-game competition over the course of three days to determine the Conference Cup Champion.

The Conference Cup documentary follows four players throughout the event, Otu Bisong (VDA – Northeast), Alexis Cervantes (MVLA – Northwest), Noe Morales (Legends FC – Southwest), and Daniel Wozniak (KC Scott Gallagher – Central), with interviews, game footage, and documenting their overall experience throughout the event. The ECNL also sat down with coaches at the event, including ECNL Boys National Selection Director Matt Lacey to gain more insight into the selection program.
