Program Manager – Chantilly at The St. James FC

The Program Manager- Chantilly position at The St. James FC is a Part Time position that will report directly to the Director of Grassroots Soccer. The Program Manager- Chantilly will be responsible for all day to day soccer operations, program management, staff management and budget management across all Grassroots/ Recreational soccer programs in Chantilly. The Program Manager- Chantilly will be responsible for assisting in the curriculum development and implementation consistent with club standards as set by the Technical Director in support of all of our Grassroots coaches (paid and volunteer).

This position will include a base pay seasonally proportionate to the registration. Pay bumps will be applied seasonally based on program growth as well as any conversions of players to the U8 Pre-Travel program as well as into the Travel Program.

Qualifications:
-Ideal candidate will have a minimum of a USSF C License
-3-5 years of experience in Grassroots soccer
